• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for infrastructure services.
• Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure infrastructure services meet service level agreements (SLAs) and industry best practices.
• Monitor service performance and provide management reports.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for seamless service integration.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Oversee incident management to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct service delivery reviews and drive necessary enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL or PMP are a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or infrastructure management.
• Proven experience in team management and IT infrastructure service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud, servers, networks, and storage.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
