• Conduct research and development in AI, blockchain, and digital assets
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive fintech project development and execution
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions for fintech adoption
• Track and manage multiple business projects efficiently
• Build strong relationships with external innovation partners and the fintech community
• Analyze and compile materials from regulatory bodies such as HKMA and SFC
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Assess investment opportunities based on business plans, financial models, and market competition
• Develop governance policies and procedures for fintech projects
• Prepare budgeting, financial planning, and management reports
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech-related industries or R&D
• Preferably with business consulting, IT project management, or banking industry experience
• Strong knowledge of banking policies and operational procedures
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, well-organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
