• Lead the preparation and management of budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports, including detailed analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the annual audit process and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to address financial matters effectively.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems.
• Formulate and update financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Exercise cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency and achieve cost-effectiveness.
• Provide recommendations for financial optimization and performance improvements.
• Handle special assignments and lead financial initiatives as directed by the management team.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, HKICPA) is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate accounting and financial control.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience gained at a reputable accounting firm or in a similar capacity.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledgeable in data privacy standards.
• High attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate and timely results.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
