Job Description

• Oversee the incident management and incident response (IR) process, ensuring swift restoration of normal service operations to minimize business disruptions
• Lead and coordinate with relevant parties to identify, contain, eradicate, and recover from IT incidents promptly
• Develop and implement strategies to manage, mitigate, and prevent future IT incidents effectively
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, including their causes, resolutions, and lessons learned, to enhance future response and prevention efforts
• Communicate incident status, impact assessments, and resolutions to stakeholders clearly and promptly
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to improve incident response capabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Ensure IT incident response aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices in the financial services industry

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT incident management and incident response (IR)
• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and cybersecurity incident response best practices
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CISM are advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
