Nature: Renewable Contract (12 months)
• Support the operation of managed service solutions, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for managed service customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managed service projects, in-house IT support, vendor support, or Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Strong technical knowledge of networking products and solutions, including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Huawei.
• Must hold professional certifications such as CCIE and CCNP.
• Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
