Job Description

• Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to maintain marketing systems' stability.
• Manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop customer segmentation and personalize campaigns.
• Plan and execute loyalty programs and behavior-triggered communication journeys.
• Coordinate with vendors for system integrations as needed.
• Design A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign flows, channels, segments, and messages.
• Work closely with Web & App teams to implement personalization features.
• Manage relationships with vendors regularly.

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in CRM, with a proven track record in program implementation, campaign management, and customer lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or Marketing Automation tools.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and Jinja coding is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen, data-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Team player with strong analytical skills and sensitivity to numbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
