Location: Wan Chai, Hong Kong
Nature: Renewable Contract, 12 months
• Gather project requirements from clients and the project team to define an efficient work plan
• Monitor purchasing orders of equipment to ensure compliance with customer contract requirements
• Serve as the communication link between the project team and clients regarding project status and progress
• Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely project outputs
• Organize and attend meetings to report progress
• Prepare project-related correspondence, such as meeting agendas and minutes
• Resolve any project-related issues
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:30 PM
• Safety Card required
• Higher Diploma or Degree in IT engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or customer servicing (preferred)
• Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet challenging targets
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong sense of ownership, innovation, and adaptability to meet business needs
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills
