• Oversee and manage project deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, the internal development team, and other stakeholders regarding project-related matters.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the specifications outlined in the signed agreements.
• Manage custom CRM and Microsoft Power Platform projects.
• Work on large-scale and time-sensitive projects.
• Stay familiar with project management methodologies.
• The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology.
• A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a project management role, specifically managing application development projects.
• PMP or PRINCE certification is required.
• Experience managing projects with teams of more than 5 members.
• A strong technical background in CRM and website development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a willingness to coach staff in teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
