• Develop a three-year portfolio and account growth strategy for the Government Sector in Hong Kong to drive annual revenue from existing and new accounts with high margins.
• Assist in rebuilding the Government account team by identifying and recruiting suitable candidates.
• Collaborate with the account team to support relationship development and pursue new opportunities.
• Integrate closely with capability groups to introduce innovative solutions that meet client business needs.
• Promote and enhance the brand in the Public Sector through market development events.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring high satisfaction scores through deep engagement and understanding of their business needs.
• Develop annual thought leadership initiatives to strengthen the brand's position in the marketplace.
• Create campaigns specifically targeting the Hong Kong Government and Education sectors.
• Identify and explore potential opportunities in the Government sectors of China and Taiwan.
• Directly manage approximately 5 to 6 team members and oversee a delivery team of 50, along with an offshore development center of 20.
• Leverage consulting skills to create value for clients and align diverse stakeholder concerns to drive sales.
• Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 20 years of experience in the IT or ICT Consulting industry, with at least 8 years focused on the Public Sector.
• Proficiency in applying social styles techniques to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of key account/client domains.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive-level and management staff.
