• Provide technical expertise in network technologies to support network solution projects.
• Plan, design, and implement network solutions for various environments, including data center networks, LAN, wireless LAN, WAN infrastructure, SD-WAN, and perimeter network security.
• Independently execute technical tasks such as network solution design, project implementation, documentation, and post-sales maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.
• Stay updated by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and engaging with professional organizations.
• High Diploma or degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent IT qualifications.
• A minimum of three years of experience in network solution projects.
• CCNA certification is required; CCNP certification is preferred.
• Certifications in H3C, Arista, or Juniper are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, switching and routing (Layer 2 & 3), policy-based routing, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, ME, and MACsec technologies, as well as load balancing and network resilience.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in network solution implementation and migration projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
