• The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize the company's WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi network infrastructure.
• Design, deploy, and manage firewall solutions to protect the organization's network.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software.
• Utilize virtualization technologies to reduce hardware costs, enhance efficiency, and ensure high availability.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize various cloud platforms such as Microsoft O365, Azure, and AWS.
• Ensure maximum uptime of the company’s email facilities and server/system infrastructure.
• Implement backup strategies to protect business data and ensure recovery when necessary.
• Design and implement technologies and security strategies for IT infrastructure protection.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery strategies to minimize downtime and data loss.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong technical skills in firewall solutions (Fortinet, Palo Alto) and networking.
• Proficient in server and system administration (Windows and Linux), backup and disaster recovery (Veeam), and virtualization technology (VMware).
• Preferred experience with IT security products such as EPP, EDR, and MFA.
• Familiarity with administering AD, O365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online) is preferred.
• Experience with network and system monitoring tools (WhatsUp Gold), Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with project and vendor management.
• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
