• Working hours are from 08:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday) and 08:30 to 13:00 (alternate Saturdays).
• This position requires on-site support at the client office.

Job Description

• Provide IT helpdesk support to end users.
• Address user inquiries and perform technical troubleshooting.
• Manage the installation of IT devices, Windows migration, and system administration.
• Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory records.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• A diploma or higher in computer science or related fields.
• A minimum of one year of experience in IT helpdesk support.
• Familiarity with Windows, O365, mobile devices, and other desktop support.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
