• Initiate meetings and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to advance Fintech project development and implementation.
• Source, evaluate, and shortlist potential technology solutions to achieve Fintech adoption goals.
• Monitor and manage business projects and pipelines in an organized manner.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external innovation partners and the Fintech community to drive the implementation of the company's Fintech strategy.
• Analyze and consolidate banking risk and compliance rules from regulatory bodies such as HKMA and SFC.
• Ensure that all projects comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Evaluate investment opportunities based on business plans, financial models, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop and provide governance on policies and procedures related to Fintech projects.
• Prepare budgeting, financial planning, and reports, including management and business control documentation.
• Stay updated on developments in the digital and financial markets.
• University graduate, preferably majoring in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry from recognized financial services or Fintech establishments.
• Preferred background in business consultation and IT project management within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of relevant banking policies and operational procedures.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about engaging with technology firms and exploring new business opportunities.
• Knowledgeable in financial planning and budget control.
• Organized, self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working under tight timelines and pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Certification in ECF-Fintech is preferred.
