• Analyze systems and design applications for effective development.
• Provide maintenance support for production systems, including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
• Monitor, configure, and customize systems as needed.
• Oversee system rollout, deployment, and operational support for IT systems.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and software tuning.
• Provide onsite support as requested by users.
• Collaborate on government projects using PRINCE2 methodology.
• Utilize Docker and Linux in system implementations when applicable.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years as a System Analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience in web application development using the .NET framework.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing AI application systems.
• Proficient in analyzing user requirements and delivering corresponding solutions.
• Programming skills in JavaScript, .NET C#, and Python.
• Strong written English skills and fluency in spoken Cantonese and English.
• Experience with Docker and Linux is advantageous.
