• Support government projects with system support, including VMware, Windows, MSSQL, and MySQL.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and configuration.
• Suggest performance enhancements to the IT project lead.
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects.
• Maintain operational procedures and manage server and IT asset inventory.
• Perform ad-hoc duties at on-site data centers or customer locations.
• Provide after-hours support as required.
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in network design, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, with strong technical analysis skills.
• In-depth knowledge of VMware, Windows, and databases.
• Preferred expertise in database administration.
• Relevant certifications such as VCP and MCP are highly valued.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Capable of working under tight deadlines.
