• Design, implement, and support technology and integrated system solutions for customers.
• Provide managed services, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Oversee Wintel system infrastructure migrations, as well as storage and backup projects.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads.
• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years' work experience in IT or System Integration companies is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with MS Server, SAN, Windows, Linux, Hyper-V, VMware, and Veeam.
• Experience working on government or commercial projects is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as MCSE or AWS are an advantage.
• Well-organized with the ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
