• Gather project requirements from clients and the project team to establish an efficient work plan.
• Oversee the purchasing process for equipment to meet customer contract specifications.
• Serve as the communication link between the project team and customers regarding project status and progress.
• Plan and monitor the project schedule to achieve key deliverables.
• Organize and attend meetings to report on project progress.
• Prepare project-related documents such as meeting agendas and minutes.
• Resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth delivery.
• Higher Diploma or Degree in IT engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or customer service is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet targets.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, innovation, and adaptability to meet business needs.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
