Job Description

• Provide advanced technical support for IT systems and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in onsite customer service, with at least 2 years in a team leader or supervisor role in the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, COTS products, Apple iOS, and Android OS.
• Experience with IT hardware installation, setup, and configuration (e.g., Lenovo PCs, HP printers).
• Familiarity with PC backup and restore procedures.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Experience in airport operations is preferred but not essential.
• Higher Diploma in Computing or related field.
• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification is required.
