Nature: Renewable Contract (12 months)
• Ensure IT services meet established quality and service level agreements.
• Manage and mentor IT staff to enhance team performance.
• Oversee timely resolution of IT incidents and issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Manage IT changes efficiently to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor and track service performance, implementing improvements as needed.
• Prepare detailed performance and activity reports regularly.
• Identify and implement best practices for effective service management.
• Oversee resource management and ensure optimal service delivery.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT operations and providing PC support, hardware repair, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, COTS products, Apple iOS, and Android OS.
• Experience in IT hardware installation, setup, and configuration (e.g., Lenovo PCs, HP printers, OA peripherals).
• Proficiency in using service desk tools for operations management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with ServiceNow and ticketing systems.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Experience in airport operations is preferred but not required.
• Degree holder in Computing or a related field.
• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification is required.
