• Evaluate and develop technical solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement solutions.
• Lead and manage Azure/O365 projects, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and IT service management standards.
• Supervise the 7x24 call center team to deliver professional services to clients.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in helpdesk support, Azure, O365, security, and workplace technology implementation.
• Proven experience in consulting and project management.
• 3-5 years of experience in client management, business development, pre-sales, or project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
• Prior experience in management consulting is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies such as IaC, Cloud, and digital transformation.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and proactive in learning new technologies.
• Able to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin with strong client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline."
