Job Description

• Lead and manage project delivery teams to achieve revenue and profit targets for key client accounts.
• Lead and manage the customer solution team during the pre-tender, tender, or trial stages to secure new contracts.
• Manage a team to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of services to customers.
• Establish a responsive business relationship with customers, including problem reporting, escalation, and resolution processes.
• Manage risks and the impact of customer change requests, identifying downstream implications for services, timelines, and costs.
• Manage and monitor the budget and control costs to ensure maximum revenue and margin achievement.
• Continuously seek out new technologies applicable to the sector and collaborate with LOBs to build competency and deploy these technologies, developing deep engineering capabilities within the organization.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships with key vendors and contractors to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Fronting Unit) and external groups (e.g., vendors) to foster close relationships with customers and serve their current and future needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for large-scale application development projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar projects, assuming overall responsibility, particularly within the government sector.
• Experience setting up or working with offshore product and/or application development centers in South China.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executive-level management and staff.
• Client-focused with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple teams to deliver robust IT services.
• Proven ability to drive and follow up on continuous process improvement initiatives within teams.
• Demonstrated success in staff management, including recruitment, performance appraisal, and professional development.
• Passion for new technology.
