• Set strategic direction for the service delivery team, aligning with organizational goals, and lead the team to achieve targets.
• Drive innovation and enhance business application services in Hong Kong to meet current and future market demands.
• Identify key application service solution offerings and new growth opportunities in Hong Kong.
• Provide management and guidance to project teams to ensure smooth service delivery to customers.
• Develop the skills and expertise of delivery resources to meet project requirements.
• Establish strong and responsive business relationships with customers, including handling problem reporting, escalation, and resolution.
• Manage risks and the impact of customer change requests, identifying service implications.
• Manage and monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure maximum revenue achievement.
• Develop and communicate delivery status and performance reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of fifteen years of experience in the IT or communications industry, with proven project management experience, preferably in the public sector.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities in large-scale projects within both government and commercial sectors.
• Strong customer, vendor, and subcontractor management skills.
• Extensive experience in pre-sales solutions and strong knowledge of the IT market.
• Experience in managing offshore development centers.
• Excellent coordination, multitasking, influencing, and communication skills.
• Exceptional team leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve challenging goals.
