• Identify and originate technology services and implementation opportunities for key accounts.
• Support the Client Service Lead in shaping, driving, and closing strategic deals.
• Collaborate closely with the Line of Business and Client Service Units to develop and execute client engagement plans.
• Provide technical and domain expertise for pre-sales and solutioning activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business propositions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification IT experience, including at least 3 years in the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
• Proven ability in consultative selling, with strong stakeholder management and delivery experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in client stakeholder management, business development, pre-sales, or project delivery management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
• Prior management consulting experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Passionate about new technologies, including Robotics, IoT, Chatbots, AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation consulting.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of generating new business opportunities.
• Initiative, customer-focused, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Presentable with strong client-facing experience. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
