• Provide technical expertise in network technologies to support various network solution projects.
• Plan, design, and implement network solutions across different environments, including data center networks, LAN, wireless LAN, WAN infrastructure, SD-WAN, and perimeter network security solutions.
• Independently execute technical tasks such as network solution design, project implementation, project documentation, and post-sales maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.
• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and engaging in professional organizations.
• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network solution projects.
• CCNA certification is required; CCNP certification is preferred.
• Certifications in H3C, Arista, or Juniper are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, switching and routing (Layer 2 & 3), policy-based routing, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, ME, and MACsec technologies, as well as load balancing, network resilience, redundancy design, network segmentation, and network performance monitoring and diagnosis.
• Proven experience in network solution implementation and migration projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
