Job Description

• Manage a profitable key client account, ensuring sustained growth and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a growth plan for an emerging diamond client account.
• Act as a consultant to clients, engaging closely to understand business needs and drive digitalization roadmaps.
• Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key clients, particularly at the C-suite level.
• Lead a client account team, including Delivery and Sales Leads, supported by a consulting team and digital experts.
• Originate new business opportunities through ideation and co-creation with clients.
• Develop thought leadership annually to strengthen the company's market position.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in the IT or ICT consulting industry, with 8 years focusing on key account management.
• Strong consulting background with deep key account and client domain knowledge.
• Proven ability to architect value and drive sales.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in applying social styles techniques to manage stakeholder relationships.
