• Position is full-time.
• Office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
• The company provides a shuttle bus service.
• Typically, no overtime is required.

• Provide efficient and timely IT support to end-users.
• Execute additional IT-related tasks and projects as required.
• Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computing Study, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge and experience in PC/LAN technical support and Windows system administration.
• Eagerness to learn with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
