• Reporting Line: Client Service Lead, Gov+
• Originate technology services and implementation opportunities for dedicated key accounts.
• Support the Client Service Lead in shaping and driving winning strategic deals.
• Collaborate with Line of Business and Client Service Unit to identify client propositions and execute engagement plans.
• Provide technical and domain expertise to support pre-sales and solution activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business propositions and solutions.
• University degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in consultancy selling and system integration, including application development, infrastructure, network integration, security solutions, hosting services, and IT systems integration.
• Experience in bidding for medium to large projects in the government sector is preferable.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-making skills.
• Detail-oriented and sensitive to numbers.
• Proven track record in proposing IT/SI solutions is preferable.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
