• Working window: Monday to Friday.
• Implement and execute program deployments.
• Install points of sale (PCs, BOCA printers, EFTPOS) at venues, client sites, and temporary event locations.
• Provide infrastructure support for ticketing applications.
• Support POS and access control hardware at client locations.
• Offer technical support to the operation team for daily ticketing operations.
• Liaise with system vendors to resolve issues on externally provided systems.
• Support anti-bot and email marketing systems.
• Monitor and control system and network performance for applications.
• Provide training to users and clients.
• Offer daily office IT software and hardware support to office staff.
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Experience with Windows Server, MS O365, MS SQL Server, Ubuntu Linux, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and remote access.
• Essential knowledge of the AWS cloud platform.
• Advantageous to have knowledge of SQL and experience with MySQL, RDS, SSRS, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with anti-bot systems, EDM systems, and ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
