• This role may require on-site support at customer premises and data centers.
• Flexibility to support during non-office hours is essential.
• Support customer projects on system support (VMware, Windows, SAN, AIX).
• Troubleshoot system component issues and resolve hardware/software/configuration faults.
• Recommend system performance improvements to the IT project lead.
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects.
• Maintain operation and support procedures, server, and IT asset inventory.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned (on-site data center or customer premises).
• Provide support during non-office hours.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in network design, troubleshooting, and performance tuning with proficiency in technical analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of AIX, VMware, Windows, and SAN storage (IBM FlashSystem, HPE).
• Preferred knowledge in network engineering and Linux.
• Preferred certifications: VCP, MCP, AIX.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and plan effectively.
• Ability to work under tight schedules.
