• Morning Shift (07:30-16:00): 6 days on, 1 day off
• Afternoon Shift (15:30-23:00): 6 days on, 2 days off
• Night Shift (22:30-08:00): 6 days on, 3 days off
• Provide help desk services and manage problem escalation.
• Monitor network and system health in real-time.
• Offer on-site technical support and distribute user reports.
• Conduct routine system health checks and produce performance reports.
• Execute backup arrangements and support operational tasks.
• Minimum one year of experience in computer operations within a data center supporting at least 200 concurrent users on UNIX (Oracle Solaris, IBM AIX) and Windows platforms in a high-availability, clustered environment.
• At least one year of operational experience with government IT systems.
• Hands-on experience with Unix (Oracle Solaris, IBM AIX) and Windows is preferred.
• Familiarity with WebLogic and UNIX is advantageous.
• Strong computer knowledge, communication skills, and telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Willingness to work on public holidays and a 24/7 roster.
• Work location: Tsuen Wan; shift work is required.
