• This role reports to the Head of HR, APAC/CFO, APAC.
• The position includes occasional travel to Zhuhai/Shenzhen for HR training, about 1-2 times per year.
• Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with half-hour flexibility.

• Manage HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance management, promotion, and termination.
• Oversee company events including the annual dinner, spring meal, Christmas party, and other ad hoc events.
• Handle insurance renewal for Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea entities.
• Lead various HR projects and support global HR initiatives.
• Review policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulations in multiple regions.
• Implement global HR policies and practices across different entities.
• Act as a Business Partner to support HR functions in Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan.
• Prepare annual planning and budgets, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Review suppliers for administrative duties.
• Manage and supervise office staff.
• Maintain and review safety and security systems and practices.
• Review and renew agreements.
• Provide finance support including external audits and budget reports.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Degree holder in HR Management or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of solid HR experience.
• Proactive with strong interpersonal skills to work with different departments and business units.
• Detail-oriented, initiative-driven, self-motivated, and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedules.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal; knowledge of Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience but strong potential will also be considered for the Assistant HR Manager position.
