Senior Manager - Facilities, EHS, General Administration

Job Description

• Lead a centralized team responsible for general administration, including security management, staff uniforms, shuttle bus services, pantry services, office cleaning, and other administrative tasks.
• Oversee facilities management and building services for all company-owned and rented premises, ensuring proper maintenance and cost-effectiveness within the approved budget.
• Take charge of the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) agenda for HK operations, covering all functions, locations, and business units, including company-owned premises, rented warehouses, Macau, Service sites, etc.
• Act as the Chairman of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee, promoting a safety culture and conducting audits and training to maintain high safety standards and awareness within the organization.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of work experience, including experience working directly with top management. Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Registered Safety Officer with the HK Labor Department, with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience and knowledge of EHS practices and global trends.
• Hands-on experience in general administration and driving EHS initiatives across an organization.
• Experience interacting with external stakeholders, such as service vendors and government entities.
• This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage teams and ensure compliance with safety standards.
