• Efficiently manage system setup, support, and administration.
• Deliver services in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to systems and networks, including both hardware and software faults.
• Play an active role in IT project implementations.
• Maintain operational procedures, server documentation, and IT asset inventories.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Provide support outside of regular office hours when necessary.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in daily operations, infrastructure, or system administration.
• Must have technical experience in Unix or Linux server support.
• Technical knowledge of MS SQL or Oracle Database is advantageous but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
• Applicants with less Unix/Linux experience will be considered for junior roles.
• Proficient in PowerShell and Linux scripting.
• Able to work independently, organize tasks, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Experience or certifications in Azure, AWS, GCP, or AliCloud are preferred.
