Job Description

• Collaborate with support and technical teams to efficiently resolve product-related issues.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance and automate the support workflow, aiming to reduce response times and increase customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with overseas team members to manage operational requests effectively.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to align team expectations and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Utilize automation technologies and artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage in Agile project management activities, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operational management within technology environments.
• Strong background in application and web development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies; Agile certification is beneficial.
• Experience with integrating automation technologies to streamline processes.
• Exceptional communication skills and the capability to collaborate with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
