• Provide technical support to the Site Supervisor/Manager.
• Carry out repair and maintenance work to upkeep all building assets and facilities in a safe and properly maintainable condition.
• Monitor the works and services performed by subcontractors to ensure good quality and adherence to schedules.
• Ensure that periodic checks, testing, and necessary licensing and certifications are renewed on time to meet statutory requirements.
• Assist in renovation projects carried out effectively and efficiently, even during irregular hours.
• Maintain good housekeeping, ensuring that the facility is clean and operational at all times.
• Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the Manager, including general warehouse operational work.
• Diploma holder or above in Building Services and Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in the Construction, Building Services, Engineering, and Occupational Safety industry.
• Grade A Registered Electrical Worker or above certification is a plus.
• Strong team player with a pleasant personality and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
