• Provide technical support for PC, Mac, mobile devices, networks, email, and application software to internal and external users.
• Perform server administration for MDM, Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Linux CentOS server, including installation, configuration, backup, and restore.
• Maintain IT software and hardware inventory and records, ensuring compliance with IT policies and standards.
• Perform data entry for POS systems and regularly check CCTV footage.
• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience in providing user support for MS Windows, Office, and other common office applications.
• Practical experience in setting up and configuring PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and servers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively communicate with users and stakeholders at different levels.
• Mature, a good team player, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
