• Provide pre-sales activities for Network Infrastructure, Unified Communication, and Contact Center solution offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and explore business opportunities.
• Lead business discussions and establish/maintain good relationships with clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their technical needs for their business.
• Customize competitive solutions and product collateral for clients.
• Respond to RFI/RFP and handle solution and technical write-ups, translating functional and non-functional requirements into solution designs and scopes.
• Present solutions and conduct demonstrations for clients.
• High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Strong presentation, writing, negotiation, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
• IT professional certifications required (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Ruckus, Aruba, CCIE Collaboration, etc.).
• Experience in designing and delivering enterprise network infrastructure, IP Telephony solutions with Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Asterisk, or MS Teams.
• Experience in software-defined, data center infrastructure design, Contact Center solutions with omnichannel and chatbot design is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Telephony, such as T1/E1 PRI, ISDN BRI, CO Trunks, SIP Trunks, and FXS stations.
• Familiarity with IP-PBX, IP phones, gateways, PoE switches, MCU, and Video Conference systems.
