• Implement and develop Human Resources plans and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and maintain the Human Resources System to enhance efficiency and provide relevant training to Business Units.
• Utilize in-depth analytics in Human Resources to support business development, using both internal data and external research to identify problems and propose follow-up actions.
• Prepare solutions using tools such as PowerPoint Dashboard and Excel.
• Collaborate with business lines to regularly review compensation and reward plans, aiming to enhance excellence and motivation.
• Bachelor's degree or above with 6+ years of relevant experience in HR data analysis or related field.
• Solid working experience in sizable companies and fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with individuals at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a multitasking and dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical and logical mindset.
• Mature, pleasant, independent, well-organized, detail-oriented, and achievement-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
