• Assist in planning, preparation of conceptual design, program, and technical specifications for Data Centre construction projects.
• Provide support throughout various stages of contract execution, from detailed design to testing, commissioning, and project completion.
• Assist in safety and quality control inspections at construction sites and monitor project progress.
• High Diploma or above in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Building Services, or a relevant discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in project management or facilities management.
• Experience in designing or managing Data Centre facilities is an advantage.
• Proficiency in building services, particularly UPS, Generators, Static Switches, Water Treatment, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning.
• Holder of Electrical License A or above (HV Authorized Person is an advantage) and strong knowledge of Building Services.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
