• Design and orchestrate the technical system architecture for the implementation of the System, including technology adoption, integration, and transition.
• Collaborate with others to ensure successful implementation, integration, and interfacing of the System with other systems.
• At least 10 years of IT experience, with a focus on technical system architecture design and implementation of web-based or call center application systems.
• University graduate.
• Strong project management skills.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading a team in delivering infrastructure services.
