Job Title: Project Manager (Ref No: I-01-PM)
• Manage day-to-day operations of project implementation, including project planning, tracking, and control.
• Resolve project issues, apply quality control management, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables that meet user requirements.
• Coordinate key management and storage services for the project.
• Attend and contribute to implementation meetings.
• Minimum of 11 years of IT experience, including at least 11 years in project management.
• At least 8 years of experience managing IT system projects, specifically in designing and implementing hotline call centers with over 50 agent seats.
• University graduate.
• Certified PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Proficient in project and vendor management.
