• Collaborate with the US local office for monthly reporting and annual audits.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for the US subsidiary group, including relevant accounting schedules and disclosure notes.
• Reconcile current accounts for group companies.
• Develop weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in budget preparation and conduct variance analysis between budget and actuals.
• Manage full sets of financial statements for several inactive Hong Kong companies.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc projects or tasks as required.
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience in the commercial sector.
• Must be proficient in MS Office and FlexSystem.
• Must be capable of handling full sets of accounts and management reporting.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, independent, and meticulous with respect to deadlines.
• Openness to work overtime on occasion.
• Candidates who can start immediately will be given preference.
