• Architect and implement sophisticated database systems, ensuring optimal data analysis, modelling, and integration.
• Offer specialized database support in areas such as definitions, design, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Conduct and lead design workshops, articulating database designs and strategies to clients.
• Spearhead database design, system configuration, System Acceptance Tests, and subsequent rollout.
• Support the development team and provide assistance during User Acceptance Tests for clients.
• A minimum of 8 years of IT experience focusing on database architecture, design planning, and data modelling.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Certifications required: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent for MSSQL or MySQL; VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
• Proficient in the design and administration of various databases, including MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, with at least 4 years of experience.
