• Higher Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in the telecom industry, with at least 7 years in data services.
• Deep knowledge of Mobile Packet Core Networks, Data Services, Roaming, and Policy and Charging Control.
• A driven leader with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with Putonghua being an advantage.
