• A minimum of 7 years in the telecommunications industry, with at least 3 years specializing in data services.
• Expertise in Mobile Packet Core Networks, Data Services, Policy and Charging Control, and Roaming.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, capable of independent work, and effective within a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua language skills are beneficial.
