• Collect project requirements from clients and the team to establish an effective work plan for project delivery.
• Monitor the procurement of equipment to fulfill customer contract specifications.
• Serve as the liaison for project communications, updating all parties on progress and status.
• Plan and oversee the project timeline to ensure the achievement of deliverables.
• Facilitate and participate in meetings, providing progress reports.
• Prepare all project-related communication, including meeting agendas and minutes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues as they arise.
• A Higher Diploma or Degree in IT engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a customer service capacity is preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile to reach challenging goals.
• A customer-oriented approach with strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
• A pronounced sense of innovation and adaptability to align with the company’s business objectives.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are crucial.
