• Manage the Managed Wi-Fi Service product line for commercial clients.
• Design and innovate new product variations and enhancements to meet various customer requirements and augment Wi-Fi service offerings.
• Develop and introduce new Managed Wi-Fi Service solutions and value-added services.
• Determine the scope, offerings, and service level agreements for Managed Wi-Fi Service prospects.
• Handle the profit and loss accounts for the Managed Wi-Fi Service.
• Administer the product lifecycle to ensure continuous market relevance.
• Coordinate service logistics for both provisioning and ongoing support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in enterprise networking systems and solutions, including a minimum of 2 years focusing on Wi-Fi systems and solutions.
• Proven experience with Wi-Fi network architecture and implementation.
• Strong foundation in project management methodologies.
• Experience in a Service Provider/System Integrator business environment is an asset.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, results-oriented, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
