• Administer server/storage operations and systems
• Install, test, maintain, and upgrade server/storage software
• Manage and monitor housekeeping tasks, perform system/hardware checks, and conduct disaster recovery drills
• Provide after-hours support for application system operations
• Conduct first-level problem diagnosis and improve server/storage/network reliability
• Perform additional duties as designated by the leadership
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' IT experience in server operation and system administration
• Certifications like Azure Administrator Associate are beneficial
• Skills in Microsoft Windows, Linux, MS SQL DB, HP Proliant servers, and infrastructure
• Knowledge in Active Directory, ADFS, MS cluster, SAN Storage, Commvault Backup, MS SCCM/SCOM, HP SIM /iLO
• Experience with multi-Cloud platforms like Azure, Alibaba Cloud is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
