• Provide system setup, support and administration
• Ensure all the services are delivered on time and aligned with the Service Level Agreement
• Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects
• Maintain operation & support procedures, server and IT asset inventory
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Non-office hours support required
• Hands-on experience in Server, SAN, Windows, Linux, Hyper-V, VMWare and Veeam
• Experience in router & switch management
• Knowledge in pPwershell and Linux scripting
• Well organized and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
• Prefer/Nice to have experience and/or certifications on Azure/AWS/GCP/AliCloud
