Project Engineer (Mobility Solution)
Responsibilities
• Perform system integration support on mobility solution and IoT solution for enterprise customers
• Engage in project lifecycle including user requirement collection, project implementation, training, documentation and ongoing support
• Setup the environment for device provisioning, data platform synchronization, system integration, design verification testing, etc
• Coordinate with project team to provide recommendations to resolve issues
System Engineer (UEM)
Responsibilities
• Carry out installation and supporting work on various Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) products like Blackberry, MobileIron, Intune, AirWatch which run on different email and server NOS platforms.
• Be responsible for technical support service to handle remote fault diagnostics, troubleshooting, problem solving and technical enquiries from customers
• Communicate and work with vendors on technical issues and problems.
• Perform implementation for project assignments
Project Engineer (Mobility Solution)
Requirements
• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related disciplines with 3 years or above relevant experience
• Experience in people management, resource management, job assignment, service quality control.
• Knowledge in AWS/Azure/Google cloud computing and operation is a plus
• Knowledge in Data networking skill and WiFi AP trouble shooting, CCNA/CCNP is a plus
• Knowledge in IT equipment hardware maintenance is a plus
• Knowledge in C/C++, Python, javascript, application development, wireless communication and radio network is preferable
• Good customer services and able to work under pressure
• Work independent and innovative with good technical, analytical, problem solving and teamwork
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English. Putonghua is an advantage
System Engineer (UEM)
Requirements
• Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering/IT or equivalent
• Over 5 years work experience in installation and maintenance of Microsoft-based or Linux-based systems including the server hardware.
• Experience in handling IT technical support
• Experience in UEM solutions, familiarize with UEM solution features, e.g. MDM, MAM, MCM, etc.
• Knowledge of Cloud computing, Networking, VMware infrastructure, M365 application, IBM Domino Note, Microsoft SQL and Android & iOS smartphone
• MCSE CCNA VMware certified preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
